If the Gamemaster raises his hand palm-flat, that means to wait until the Gamemaster is finished before presenting any actions or asking any questions. This should only occur before and after breaks.
Outside of combat, the Gamemaster will ask for your actions/questions in the order in which you signed in to the event.
In combat, actions/questions will be taken in initiative order and be resolved immediately upon being given.
You are encouraged to discuss your actions with other players before choosing your action, but the Gamemaster reserves the right to control the pace of the game by asking you to wrap things up.
Pleased show crossed fingers while speaking out of character, otherwise the Gamemaster will take it as in-character commentary.
