Registering by mail for MechaCon VI:
All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. No currency other than U.S. Dollars will be accepted.
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
If you are registering more than one attendee, please submit separate registration forms for ALL persons attending. Multiple membership orders WITHOUT separate registration forms for every member of your party cannot be processed. By submitting any Registration Form, you are stating that you have read all of the information provided in the registration section of www.mechacon.com and agree to the terms, rules and conditions stated therein.
(Note: No one under the age of 13 will be allowed to attend without a paid parent or legal guardian registrant accompanying him/her at all times; no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend without signed consent of a parent or legal guardian. All persons under the age of 18 must register via mail-in registration.)
Registration Prices:
(Student discount and group rates are not applicable to electronic registration, at-door registration or GoldPass registration)
If you choose to pay via PayPal, there is an additional $3 PayPal fee for all electronic registrations. It must be added to the price of whichever registration package you choose.
BasicPass Registration - $35

SilverPass Registration - $55
*($50 with Student discount - please mail in a copy of a valid student ID or report card to get the Student Discount rate.)
GoldPass Registration - $105
Registration ends June 15, 2010. After June 15, 2010, registrations will no longer be available for purchase!
At-Door Prices:
Friday - $18 (children 9 and under - $10)
Saturday - $25 (children 9 and under - $15)
Sunday - $12 (children 9 and under - $7)
3-day Pass - $45 (children 9 and under - $25)
Submitting Your Mail-in Registration:
Add up the total cost of chosen registration package and any t-shirt and/or dinner cost that you wish to purchase.
Send the total by check or U.S. Postal money order payable to: Sennin Productions, LLC.
Print out the Individual Registration Form:
This form is a PDF file and you will need Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to properly display and print it.
Make checks payable to 'Sennin Productions, LLC' (NOT MechaCon).
Please do not staple your check or money order to this form!
Please note that there is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

Registering individuals will receive an email stating the acceptance of his/her registration once his/her registration has been processed.
Registrants will receive their badges (and shirts where applicable) at the convention with a valid photo ID. Hotel accommodations are NOT included with registration. Please visit www.mechacon.com for additional registration forms, information on the event, hotel information, rules & regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any registration for any reason.
A current, valid picture ID is necessary to pick up any badge/registration packet. Registration packages can only be picked up by the attendee a packet is registered to.
We are not responsible for any errors submitted during pre-registration, so please print clearly.
Once you have registered, there is no refund. However, you can replace your name with another adult's name as well as other important information before June 15, 2010. Please contact the Registration Coordinator to make changes on the registration record. You can also mail-in your changes to:
