2010 Contests

MechaCon offers a variety of contests, from Cosplay to Anime Music Video contests. Anyone can enter from first-time artists to professional video editors to long-time costumers, as long as you're a registered member. There are a variety of prizes and categories, and room for everyone to compete. Many of these contests require entry deadlines prior to the convention, so click a contest below for more information.

Cosplay Contest

Costumes! A staple of anime conventions, Mechacon continues this great tradition with our very own Cosplay Competition. With categories such as performance, craftsmanship, and hallway cosplay, cosplayers ranging from first-timers to veterans will find their niche! AMV Contest

Anyone can enter MechaCon's animated music video contest, from the first-time artist to the professional video editor... as long as you're a registered member. There are a variety of prizes and categories, and room for everyone to compete.
