MechaCon's Artists Alley Helper Registration

MechaCon Artists Alley Tables are sold out, but if you wish to add an additional registrant to your table (limit one additional registrant per table), you can register them either through the mail or electronically. If you would like to add a registrant to your table through the mail, you can download our Artists Alley Registration Form. Please only fill out the additional registrant part, and include the number of the table you are adding a registrant to.

The cost of a MechaCon Artists Alley Additional Registrant Badge is $25. Artists Alley participants may attend the MechaCon 2008 Formal/semi-formal dinner and opening ceremonies, for an additional $30 per person, if they choose to add it to their registrations.

Adding an Additional Registrant to your Artist Alley Table Electronically:

Step 1 - Choose the MechaCon Artist Alley Supplemental Registration package via PayPal here.

Step 2 - Complete the following form and submit to complete your electronic Artist Alley helper registration.

Please note the following:

Artist Alley registrants will receive an email stating the acceptance of his/her Artist Alley registration once his/her registration has been processed.

Registrants will receive their badges (and shirts where applicable) as well as table assignments at the convention with a valid photo ID. Hotel accommodations are NOT included with any registrations. Please visit www.mechacon.com for additional registration options, information on the event, hotel information, rules & regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any registration for any reason.

A current, valid picture ID is necessary to pick up any badge/registration/Artist Alley packet. Artist Alley registration packages can only be picked up by the attendee the packet and table is registered to.

We are not responsible for any errors submitted during any registration process, so please print clearly on mail-in forms.

Once you have registered and acquired an Artist Alley table, there is no refund. However, you can replace your name with another adult's name as well as other important information before July 1, 2008. Please contact the Registration Coordinator to make changes on the registration and Artist Alley records.
