Please keep in mind that all applicants will be carefully screened and interviewed by MechaCon Organizers (the owners of Sennin Productions, LLC) and by appropriate Staff Department Heads. Please also note that MechaCon is a labor of love, and that these positions are not paying positions. However, a lot of work and dedication goes into being a MechaCon Staff or Support Staff Member, and it is very rewarding. As a staff or support staff member, you would be required to work all 3 days of the convention, and help in some of the prep work that goes into putting on such a large show. Please only apply if you are willing to completely dedicate yourself to this venture.
Also, you can still be a volunteer and help at the convention, without dedicating the amount of time that it takes to be on staff. You can find out about volunteering by going to our Volunteer Page. We appreciate every single person that helps to make this convention a success, and we couldn’t do it without all the generous volunteers that we get!
