There are several things that you can do to help promote MechaCon.

October 4 - 6, 2013 - Derpycon South at the New Orleans Hilton - Riverside
October 12, 2013 - Japan Fest at the New Orleans Museum of Art
October 18 - 20, 2013 - CONtraflow III at the DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans Airport in Kenner, LA
February 7 - 9, 2014 - Wizard World New Orleans Comic Con at the Morial Convention Center
1. Spread the word! Make sure all your friends know that MechaCon is coming up, and will be the weekend of August 1-3, 2014 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
2. Pass out flyers in your neighborhood or ask your favorite stores if you can hang up a MechaCon flyer. Please keep in mind that it is illegal to hang flyers on telephone polls and street signs.
The flyers are in PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to properly display and print them.

3. Place a MechaCon banner on your website or in your message board signature. Please right-click on the image and save it to your computer and upload the banner to your own server (we need our bandwidth). Banners should be linked to www.mechacon.com.
