Important: If you decide to call-in your reservation at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, please be sure to tell them that you want the “MechaCon Room Block” to receive the MechaCon room rate. If you do not mention the “MechaCon Room Block”, the registration desk may not give you the MechaCon Room Rate and/or may tell you that there are no rooms available for the dates you selected.

MechaCon Room Rates are $115 per night for a room with two double-size beds or one king-sized bed. The MechaCon room rates are available for Thursday night through Sunday night.

The room limit is strictly up to 4 people per double double room, no exceptions. The room limit for single king rooms is 3, no exceptions, as this is fire code.

From West/ Follow Interstate-10 to Downtown/East/Slidell, exiting at Poydras St. Off-ramp becomes Poydras St., following Poydras south to its end at the hotel’s front circle drive entrance. From East/Follow Interstate-10 Downtown/West, exiting at Canal St./Superdome. Follow signage to Superdome/Poydras St., turning left onto Poydras St. Follow Poydras St. south to its end at the hotel’s front circle drive entrance.
